Using Google Forms is a great way to capture more data on your customers without having to build out your own forms. Through Cinch’s Google Forms integration we are able to map the form fields to data within your Cinch customer data set. Many companies use this tool to have customers supply more individual demographic data, interests, etc. Also, a great tool for signups and interest surveys.?

This video will show how to integrate and link your Google Form to your customer database. You can then add to segments, update customers, or execute journeys using the form node in Cinch.
