Use two new data fields to target your previous, or even lapsed, customers. Target based on last transaction or first transaction. If you want to bring back customers that haven’t purchased in a set amount of time or want to focus on when someone made their first purchase this is the perfect segmentation solution.

Use these to create segments or add data field qualifiers to be more specific with your customer messaging in Cinch.
